EXPLORING

Visitors are given access to the grounds and buildings of the former camps of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. The duration of the stay depends on individual interests and needs of the visitors, however, as a minimum, one should spend about 3.5 hours to get acquainted with the grounds and exhibition at the former camp.

Exploring Auschwitz Muzeum

Admission to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial is free. The admission card should be reserved at visit.auschwitz.org, however for better understanding of the history of Auschwitz we suggest visiting with an educator-guide.
