Construction of a housing estate in Mińsk Mazowiecki, under the Mieszkanie Plus program, is progressing without delay; two blocks are in a closed raw state; the estate will be ready in a year, PFR Nieruchomości announced on Friday.
"The estate at ul. Klonowa is being built as part of the market part of the government housing program, for which PFR Nieruchomości is responsible. The investment, which has reached the shell stage, is being implemented according to the assumed schedule" - PFR Nieruchomości announced in a Friday statement.
As reported, the two blocks under construction have reached the closed shell condition. Outside, façade works are underway and pedestrian and driving routes are being laid within the estate. On the other hand, plastering and flooring works are underway inside the buildings.
The investment at Klonowa consists of two low-rise, 4-storey buildings with 138 flats. The elevation of the blocks will be in light, gray and white colors. Recreation zones with walking paths and carefully designed greenery have been planned in the spaces between the buildings. There will also be a large, safe playground on the estate. Tenants will have 110 parking spaces in the underground garage and 36 above-ground parking spaces at their disposal.
PFR Nieruchomości informed that Minsk councilors decided on the priority criteria in the recruitment for flats.
"People who do not have their own apartment, families who decide to vacate council premises and people who live and settle taxes in Mińsk Mazowiecki can count on the most points. Councilors also decided to reward families with children, seniors, disabled people and those who lost their homes as a result of the elements, we read.
PFR Nieruchomości explains that, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 20, 2018 on state aid in bearing housing expenses in the first years of renting a flat, it is the Minsk local government that is responsible for preparing priority criteria, determining scoring for individual criteria, and conducting the call for applications.
"The condition for applying for a flat is to submit an application within a specified period. The announcement of the recruitment with the deadline for submitting applications will be published on the website of the City Hall in Mińsk Mazowiecki" - it was written.
The second part of the recruitment, for which PFR Nieruchomości is responsible, consists in verifying the so-called rental capacity - whether future tenants are able to show the total monthly net income (e.g. salary under an employment contract), as well as additional income (e.g. 500+ benefit), at a level that allows the payment of monthly rent for the apartment. As the company explains, each potential tenant is checked at BIG Infomonitor. In Mińsk Mazowiecki, as in other locations, recruitment for flats will be launched approximately six months before the completion of the housing estate.
As part of the market part of the government housing program implemented by PFR Nieruchomości, there are currently over 2,000 apartments under construction in locations such as Katowice, Kraków, Dębica, Radom, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Zamość, Łowicz, Świdnik and Toruń.
The company's nearest investment plans include launching new investments in Oława, Sianów, Nowy Targ and Zgorzelec. All these projects are at the stage of acquiring General Contractors.
PFR Nieruchomości is part of the Polish Development Fund group; the company was established to offer support in investing in housing projects throughout Poland; operates on a commercial basis. (PAP)
