In the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, it turned out to be necessary to use a solution that, on the one hand, would not endanger customers and employees, and on the other, would improve the administrative processes of companies. Such requirements are met by the Comarch system, which allows you to handle various matters in customer service offices via the so-called e-visits.
Remote visit from "Comarch e-Consultant"
The "Comarch e-Consultant" system was created thanks to Comarch's earlier cooperation with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). For the needs of the facility, the Polish IT company has created a dedicated e-Visit system, intended for arranging and conducting video calls with clients. An interesting fact is that both systems have their origins in software for medical facilities, used for communication between doctors and patients. However, for the purposes of these two new projects, the system was reorganized and adapted to the official needs. An important aspect of the e-Consultant system is the multi-station service model, adjusted to the individual needs of the institutions. The solution works from the level of a web browser, which means that there is no need to install additional software.
Who is the "Comarch e-Consultant" system for?
Thanks to the flexible adjustment of the "Comarch e-Consultant" program to the needs of a given facility, the system can be used in many institutions. The proposed solutions will be used in places such as local government administration units (city offices with residents' service points, or marshal's offices), government administration units (voivodeship offices), Social Assistance Houses, employment offices, banks, large central administration offices with service for applicants, including KAS SOP (Taxpayer Service Room), KRUS, utility sector companies (with Customer Service Points), foundations.
